Insurances:

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most insurance assignments. Our office staff is very knowledgeable about most insurance policies carried in the York area.

• Dr. Leonard Bentivegna and Dr. Jack Bentivegna are participating providers for Delta Dental Premier Plans; United Concordia Advantage Plus National FFS Plans for PA only; School Claims Service; Aetna DMO and Aetna HMO.

• Dr. Cloyd, the Oral Surgeon, is a participating provider for Delta Dental Premier Plans; All United Concordia Plans for PA only; School Claims Service and Guardian.

• Dr. McInnes and Dr. Brummer, the orthodontists, are participating providers for All United Concordia Plans for PA only; Delta Dental Premier Plans; MetLife and Aetna DMO.

The doctors accept the assignment of benefits for MetLife; United Healthcare, Aetna PPO, Delta Dental Preferred, Guardian, Coresource, NCAS, DHEvans, Educator's Mutual, South Central Preferred and Erin Group. Please call our office to make an appointment or to ask any questions you may have.
