As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most
insurance assignments. Our office staff is very
knowledgeable about most insurance policies
carried in the York area.
- Dr. Leonard Bentivegna, Dr. Jack Bentivegna
and Dr. Dawn Bentivegna are participating providers for
Delta Dental Premier Plans; MetLife; United Concordia
Advantage Plus National FFS Plans for PA
only; School Claims Service; Aetna DMO and
Aetna HMO.
- Dr. William Cloyd, the Oral Surgeon, is a
participating provider for Delta Dental
Premier Plans; All United Concordia Plans
for PA only; School Claims Service and
Guardian.
- Dr. Thomas McInnes, Dr. Nicole Brummer,
and Dr. Meghan McInnes , the Orthodontists, are participating providers
for All United Concordia Plans for PA only;
Delta Dental Premier Plans; MetLife and
Aetna DMO.
The doctors accept the assignment of benefits
for MetLife; United Healthcare, Aetna PPO, Delta
Dental Preferred, Guardian, Coresource, NCAS,
DHEvans, Educator's Mutual, South Central
Preferred and Erin Group. Please call our office
to make an appointment or to ask any questions
you may have.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
personal checks.
For our patients' convenience we have
arranged a payment plan option, Care
Credit, a third party that helps our
patients receive their treatment in a timely
manner.
